It is very plausible that Kreacher was more involved than we know.  
Was there any mention in OoP (before Christmas) when Sirius started 
suspecting Kreacher (his whereabouts, for instance)?

Now what I'd like to know is (among many many other things), is 
house-elf part of the inheritance/will?  Where will Kreacher end up 
now that Sirius is -hiccup- dead?  Does the Black estate go to 
Bellatrrix and was it why Kreacher was so motivated to eliminate 
Sirius (well if we believe he was)??

More questions, so little brain cells...
