Hi, this is my first post, so I apologize if I'm repeating stuff.

Anyway, are we absolutely sure Sirius is dead? I can't remember what 
exactly is told about the veil.

I believe that the veil is like a portal or something that leads 
somewhere spiritual (Harry and Luna both mention hearing voices from the 
veil). Sirius may be there but not physically dead. I think all it will 
take is an ancient spell that DD will find to bring him back.
Maybe Sirius is off chatting with James and Lilly. :)
