Nor would I. In fact, I'd bet the house the other way. We know from 
OoP what a Voldemort possession feels to Harry - it was such pain 
that he felt he was dying. If vapor!Voldemort had attempted to posses 
him, it would have been the worst memory of his life, and it would 
have been that memory which would resurface when being near Dementors.
