apparate near the 97th row of shelves in the Dept of
Mysteries, picked up the prophecy and Disapparate.

Maybe apparation/disapparation is only possible in the
lobby.  After all,  if you could apparate into any
part of the MoM,  why don't all the workers just
apparate straight to their desks?
