There are three events mentioned in that passage, 2 of them are the time-turner incident [PA] and the dementors at Magnolia Cresent [OP]. These are #1 and #3 on the list. assuming the list is in chronological order, #2 would have to be something in between them; Wormtail showing up was before #1.
