You can't get your aparition liscence until you are 17, but I would 
assume that most wizard kids practice before hand so they can pass 
the test as soon as they come of age, like the twins did. (Sort of 
like how us American Muggles can't get drivers liscences until we 
are 16 and a half, or our learners permits til we are 16, but we 
still start practicing.) So maybe DD could give Harry a little 
apparition ed?
