Nope. The inormations here given are for "something MagDougal". I 
forgot her first name. If you look on the list, you can see that 
Neville's name is squashed between Su Li and these MagDougal girl, 
but without the house or blood status. The entries at the end are 
written in the same size as the information for Li and Magdougal and 
not in the miniscule writing Neville's name was sqashed into the list.

She probably added the main characters later, although in Hermione's 
case she added the house and the blood status, but not with Neville. 
Pity that we can't see the entries for Malfoy, Harry and Ron. Neville 
is really not a Ravenclaw, anyway.
