Dumbledore's bad descisions?

I still think it is odd that Professor Dumbledore saw fit to TAKE 
Harry, disregarding James and Lily's descision to appoint Sirius as 
Harry's guardian.  If Sirius had had Harry, he may not have gone 
after Peter the rat and been framed.  Professor Dumbledore also 
decided not to tell Harry about the prophecy, to have Sirius STAY at 
Grimmauld Place instead of somewhere else.  You know, as good as 
Dumbledore seems, he is actually responsible for a lot of confusion 
and problems.  Indirectly of course, but none the less...

Lynnette, who thinks Snape IS a good guy, even if he is NOT a nice
guy!
