The Sergeant Majorette (who had Hermione pegged for a McGonagall-in-
training from the get-go) says

But the point is, Hermione does *not* act bothered by Luna's interest 
and she *should*. There's that aspect of Ron's maturation that 
Hermione isn't picking up on: he's over the veela thing now. He's 
beginning to get his hormones under control and see past surface 
beauty, not that Luna isn't pretty; as depicted, she *is*; and no man 
can resist a woman who adores him.
