I really don't think that Luna is interested in Ron. If we're looking 
at textual support, she gives more attention/talks more to Harry than 
Ron, and I think she regards everyone basically with the same odd 
perspective. Hermione I think only gets frustrated with her because 
Luna believes in things that aren't factual, and Luna seems so aloof, 
while Hermione is constantly on the ball, serious and acurately 
informed. I think her lack of patience with Luna can be seen to be 
similar to her frustration/impatience with Divination -- another 
imperfect/unexact area filled with supposition rather than fact. Luna 
always seems to be in another world, and not really focusing on 
everything 'normal' going on around her: so I don't think she'd be as 
inclined to take an interest in Ron, nor do I think JKR intended us 
to think Luna has done so.
