I really don't think that Luna is interested in Ron. If we're looking
at textual support, she gives more attention/talks more to Harry than
Ron, and I think she regards everyone basically with the same odd
perspective. Hermione I think only gets frustrated with her because
Luna believes in things that aren't factual, and Luna seems so aloof,
while Hermione is constantly on the ball, serious and acurately
informed. I think her lack of patience with Luna can be seen to be
similar to her frustration/impatience with Divination -- another
imperfect/unexact area filled with supposition rather than fact. Luna
always seems to be in another world, and not really focusing on
everything 'normal' going on around her: so I don't think she'd be as
inclined to take an interest in Ron, nor do I think JKR intended us
to think Luna has done so.
