Luna's interest in Ron might not bother Hermione for one of two reason.

1.  She is already seeing Ron without Harry being aware and Hermione realizes 
Luna is no compwtition.

2.  Hermione could care less because she has no interest in Ron.  


Neil who expects to see Ron with Luna at the end of canon, Nevile with Ginny, 
and Harry and Hermione with no one.
