Thanks for the correction, but my point was simply that a fifty-foot
fall that would kill a Muggle barely fazed Harry. In other words,
Wizards (and Witches) are tougher than Muggles, and I doubt that
they'd be killed by a bullet from those metal wands called guns that
Muggles use to kill each other. I'm not sure whether that's the reason
they seem oblivious to World War II and similar Muggle catastrophes,
as someone asked earlier in this thread, but I think it's safe to
state that there won't be many Muggles successfully defending
themselves with guns against Death Eaters, or many Wizards killing
each other with Muggle weapons in VW2. Again, if Lily and James could
not have been killed by a car crash, a Muggle weapon probably would
not have killed them (or any Witch or Wizard of comparable or greater
power).
