I fully agree with you Joe.  Maybe Hermione does know something.  She is very secretive about those types of things.  IF Snape is a vampire and Hermione does know then maybe she waiting for more proof before telling Ron and harry.  She might not even tell them at all though because she could be afraid that they might take it the wrong way and go off telling the whole school.Then if Snape found out that it was her that figured out that he was a vampire he would do something to her or Gryffindor House to make them pay.  He would not be very happy...that for sure.
