[HPforGrownups] Is Neville getting better at Potions?

This would seem to support the widespread theory that Neville's memory has 
been damaged somehow (intentionally or otherwise).  He'd have trouble 
remembering verbal instructions once they were over, but if all he had to do 
was look at written instructions when he needed to, he'd have far less 
trouble.

He certainly had a lot of trouble remembering passwords ... he should be 
glad he's a wizard and doesn't have to use computers. :)
