I think I have something which show that (p750, UK version):

"Whatever Dumbledore said, he would never forgive Snape...never..."

I know, it could be seen like THE proof that Harry and Snape will 
hate each other for a long moment, maybe forever.
But if we apply the saying "never say never", it could be JKR meaning 
something. Twice in her interviews, she said "I try to never say 
never".
Since she thinks that, maybe it's a way to tell "Hey! You hate him 
now, but wait! You just the said the words which will change all!"
