*****I don't understand what you mean, Erin.  To me, it does solve 
the 'missunderstanding' very well.

Fred and George are not Prefects but the Slytherin is one, he could 
have very well docked points from the twins, what's more, the 
Slytherin was a new IS member too, so he was entitled to dock points 
from anybody, according to the new decrees.  And BTW, since when do 
Gred and Forge need a reason to do any mischief? lol
