I agree that Harry doesn't ACT like a child who's been abused, but I
don't see how that makes him NOT an abused child? Of course there
are worse parents/guardians than the Dursleys, but that doesn't mean
Harry wasn't abused or bullied by them. And Harry's not acting like
a "typical" abused child doesn't make him NOT one.
In fact, that's one of the things folks have pondered around here
before. WHY/HOW is it that Harry & Tom, both with crappy
upbringings, could have ended up going such different paths and with
such different belief systems? Regardless of the answers to those
questions, the fact that Harry behaves altruistically and Voldy
behaves evilly [wd?] does NOT mean that Harry wasn't bullied or
abused.
