I disagree a little with potioncat. Although Hagrid does seem to be prejudiced against Muggles, I don't think McGonagall is prejudiced. If I read it correctly, Mcgonagall says that they are the worst short of Muggles. It seems to me that there must a better sort of Muggles. I don't think she would say that for the Grangers.

I hope I made my points clear.
