Alla:

I am ALL for bashing what Snape does to Harry (I find it inexcusable 
95% of the time), but could we at least have HIS guilt proven, 
before we do that? :)
If Snape did not witness the beginning of the conversation, he was 
not committing any crime, IMO, he was doing his job as a teacher ( 
Not that I think that he is doing a very good one :o).

I agree with you that Snape often finds an excuse to make Harry 
suffer, I am just not sure if this is the case. It very well could 
be, I just don't think we have sufficient evidence yet.
