Sorry to answer this post soooo late, but an idea just
came to my mind, what if Harry was just trying to make
Draco angrier? "Yeah, I sent your dad to Azkaban and
I'm not sorry for it, you think you can hurt me? If
Voldemort couldn't, how will you?" If someone who I
hate tells me "I'm not afraid of you, not even a bit",
it would make me much angrier, so I believe that's
Harry's motive, to make Draco curse him so he can do
it back without looking so guilty.
