OK, sorry, I thought you were suggesting that it was
Lupin who cursed Sirius and made him cross the veil.
I've never thought about who was Lipin dueling with,
for me it was more important Sirius crossing the veil,
but probably it wasn't Bella, Sirius was surprised as
he fell, if he was dueling with Bella it shouldn't be
so weird that she hit him, so maybe his surprise was
because someone else cursed him.
