is hisloyalty, loyalty to James and then to Harry. If that is how
she describes him, as being loyal to James and then to Harry, I hope
she won't turn aroundand make it end up that he was the traitor and
spy. What kind of loyalty toJames would that be?

Hannah: I do agree that JKR's FAQ answer pretty much nails down the
coffin lid on the Sirius was a DE theory, just from the way it's
written (and I take it as meaning she does like him, though I know
some posters feel she's indicating she doesn't). But can I point
out that Sirius being a DE is a separate thing from Sirius being the
secret-keeper traitor. There seems no doubt to me that Pettigrew
was a DE, and was the traitor who betrayed the Potters. I think the
theory was suggesting that Sirius was a DE *as well*.
