Kingsley mentions a flying motorcycle as cover for what he wants to 
give to Arthur, which is The Quibbler.   He goes on to ask Arthur 
about that report on firelegs he wants. There is no article on 
flying motorcycles.

This is an unprovable point. I just am curious about the lengthy 
detail of the Quibbler in that chapter. I think we'll see them again.
