Clotho and Atropos.  Clotho spins the thread of fate, Lachesis measures its
length and Atropos cuts it off.  The three also share the "Goddess Triad" of
Maiden, Mother and Crone.  Clotho is young, Lachesis is middle aged, and
Atropos is old.
