The other two Fates are Clotho, who spins the thread of life, and 
Atropos, who cuts it.

And, since we're on the subject of fate and I'm feeling silly, perhaps 
Nagini is the animagus form of Professor Trelawney. (Somehow I can just 
see Nagini slithering up to Harry and hissing "WOOO! Death! Destruction! 
I'm all freaky and cosmic!")
