Yes, I agree he has a subtle sense of humor and he does not need
accolades. He has good self esteem, knows who he is and does not
need to prove anything to anyone, including himself. He is a humble
man (in the true sense of the word). Not the sort that need to have
monogrammed towels, or fly a Rolls, for example. My kind of guy! He
is a very wise and holy man. And he does not want followers who do
so out of fear, duty or anything except free will. That is what he
was trying to tell Dobby.
