Yes, I agree, that was my point when I started this thread. I just 
wanted to know what everybody else thought. He could have come back 
from the war before it ended, but somehow I got the impression the 
the war was over by the time of the Little Hangleton murder. Just 
too much time on my hands to nitpick, I suppose.
