Tonks:

There is a necklace in Borgin and Burkes too. A cursed opel necklace 
that has killed 19 Muggles.  Also on JKR's website (it is not there 
today, but has been in the past) on the Rumors pages there is an ad 
for Borgin and Burkes. I can't remember the wording and it is not 
there today. But they buy old items from the best wizarding 
families. Maybe Malfoy has something from his or his wife's family 
that he will need to get rid of. I was going to link him to Tom 
Riddle's mother, but as I am typing I realize that it will not work..
