Most people who are old enough to understand what the anniversary of
a death is acknowledge it in some way.

He was only a year old at the time and at least 10 or more years
have past. I don't agree that most people acknowledge the
anniversary in some way, not after all of that time. The day comes
and goes and maybe you think of it, maybe you don't. Time and life
goes on. Harry does not have a morbid preoccupation with his parents
death and this is healthy. I do not see anything odd about it.
