While I wouldn't put using C!M as a sacrificial lamb past LV, he had 
Moody's body at the time, so he didn't have his dark mark. And 
besides, if the antiapparation charms protecting Hogwarts are enough 
to excuse Snape, they must be enough to excuse C!M.

ROTFL. In Italian papera is either a duck or a blatant (usually 
funny) mistake.
