I was speaking US wise, but I'm talking about six people out of 
about 1000 that go to state school...So the percentage is also very small. I still don't feel its an issue. I don't think the amount of children that go to Hogwarts who are muggle born and in the average school system is any larger to create a stir. If not as someone said the Dursleys have a cover school I'm sure others do. And Hogwarts itself must have some system for aiding the childs need of verifying records or what have you if the need should arise.
