I don't think Snape resented DD for that.  As DD stated about Snape's 
meltdown at the end of PoA, he suffered a major disappointment.   I 
think DD was just telling him he knows....and the fact is we had huge 
discussions around the *prank* that Sirius pulled on Snape and if 
there was more to it than we know about.
