But DD does not even say these words to Snape, he says it to Fudge. I 
absolutely do think that a huge resentment could have been born out
of  
it. But of course it is just a matter of interpretation.

In light of JKR saying flat out  that DD has no confidantes, I also 
doubt that DD EVER informed Snape about what really happened that
night 
when Sirius escaped.

I think that Snape was VERY dissapointed  that Dumbledore did not 
support him ( I don't want to get into discussion whether Snape had a 
right to be dissapointed - he absolutely could have been), but I
think that the fact that DD leaves Snape out of the loop on those 
events,may have annoyed him very much.

Just me speculating obviously, but I believe that there are possible 
hints to that in canon.
