I'd say the exact opposite, actually. Whatever charm existed for Harry is 
now in Voldemort's blood, but it won't protect him. In fact, it may very 
well only work for Harry and have the adverse affect on Lily's killer, maybe 
even weakening him in some way. This harkens back to the theory I've seen in 
places that the mysterious work Lily and James had been doing maybe has 
something to do with love magic.
