I doubt it. I recall (don't have access to my first 3 HP books at the 
moment) that the snake Harry freed in PS/SS was a Brasilian boa 
constrictor, which is not venomous. Nagini is deadly venomous (she 
nearly killed Arthur). Also I would think if Nagini is the boa she 
would have said something to Harry while he was tied up in the 
Graveyard scene in GoF... while LV was busy talking to the DE's. 

CH3ed is not very fond of snakes.  ;O)
