Yes, but remember Sirius and James were best friends. They were the most tightly bonded 
of the 4. Peter was the least of the 4 in several ways. I doubt that Peter had a mirror.

Somebody saved and returned LV's wand to him. Peter seems the best candidate for that.
So if Peter saved LV's wand he could of saved his mirror as well. In which case I hope that 
Sirius would not have given Harry one of the mirrors.
