No, not really. I think Snape really and truly hates Voldemort, the 
reason for his hatred I really don't know, but if you put a gun to 
my head and told me to guess I'd say he hates him because he killed 
Lilly. The trouble is,  for reasons that have nothing to do with 
Voldemort, Snape also hates Harry with a passion. In Snape's eyes 
Harry is (almost) pure evil, but Snape is a realist, he knows Harry 
does have one virtue, only one, but it's a biggie. Snape knows Harry 
is the only one who has a chance of killing Voldemort. From that 
springs Snape's contradictions, he hates Harry but he saves his 
life.

I'm not usually the one to defend Snape but I doubt he tipped off 
Voldemort; he sent Harry the dram and knew he would find a way to 
get to the ministry very quickly. Voldemort didn't need a tipster 
for that.
