No, I understood. I don't really see any reason to think that Harry 
is likely to be affected in this way by Snape's presence. Neville, 
maybe. Harry - no.

Yes, being afraid can potentially have an affect on a person so 
they can't answer a question. But I can't see that happening to 
Harry in this type of context.
