Juli now:
first the lack of messages with any informtion that
they couldn't send Harry to Privet drive, this has
perfect reason: Owls can be captured and the message
would end up in the wrong hands. Sure it would have
been much better for HArry to go to 12GP all summer,
but we now Know a bit more about the pretection that
Harry was in Privet Drive, so no, he has to stay
there, at least a few weeks.
