Alla, This bothered me too, alot. But then after many readings of 
OotP at the end where they all meet Harry at the train with the twins 
dress in their finest suits, I got to thinking maybe Molly sees all 
of her kids as Prefects. Something a Mother would do.  Anyway that's 
how I deal with it.
