Hi, I'm thinking LV came to Hogwarts for a job about 20 or 25 years 
ago. It was shrotly after leaving Hogwarts and traveling the world. 
Dumbledore was a bit younger, LV didn't have snake eyes or anything, 
he was still human.

The twins are only 2 years older than Harry, so they started Hogwarts 
when Harry was 9!, LV had already been part vanquished 8 years ago. 
The curse on the DADA job was long before their time, even before the 
Marauders, me thinks.
