Exactly. If Snape thought Harry a potential rallying
point for the DE, wouldn't this explain why he saved
Harry's life during the first Quidditch match in SS.
Also, by being generally horrible to Harry, fanning
the fires of hatred as it were, Snape could be seen
as, at least trying to set Harry on the path towards
being a DE.
Or is this all to Vaderish and Star Warsie? If it is,
I take it all back.
