1 - Agree
2 - Maybe Snape is the one that brought the idea of the Horcruxes to 
DD?
3 - James attacked LV.  Lily was standing in front of Harry 
protecting him.  All LV wanted was Harry to "fulfill" the prophecy. 
That is why he told her to step away.  He would have killed her 
anyway.
4 - DD was reminding her that she agreed that Harry could call 
Petunia's house "home" in order to give him the added protection.  
Because Vernon was about to kick Harry out of the house.
