I assumed it was Nott, SR, actually.    IN GOF, pg 651 (American 
Version) As Voldemort is walking around the circle of Death 
Eaters he says, 

           "The same goes for you, Nott," said Voldemort quietly a 
           he walked past a stooped figure in Mr. Goyle's shadows.

Also, I believe (can't find my book right now) that he's described 
as a stooped figure in the very end of OoTP when they're in the 
DoM.
