Suppose you are right concerning the TW cup as means to get back
from the maze. It still does not explain why Crouch couldn't set up
another potkey. DD didn't give a damn about Fudge's authorization
in OotP, so there is no reason to suppose that Crouch jr. would be
more considerate.
