Actually, I'm not all that sure theotokos WAS referring to your post,
Susan. In any case, I certainly thought you were clear. :-)
And I'm glad you said "JKR thought," past tense. I hope she doesn't
think that now. I know, I know, JKR is writing the books for herself,
etc. But, if she really did INTEND to get that message across, I hope
she now realizes she was not completely successful in doing so (not
because of my posts or anyone elses, but because this debate has
flared across every major HP website ever since OOTP came out).
