Occlumency and Legilmency

I think that these 2 subjects are related to what Muggles call 
hypnosis.  There is a form of hypnosis that is only taught to those 
with the proper credentials and it is done, not with books but 
person to person. Yes, there are some books and people could learn 
about it from the books, but they could not learn this specific 
type. The type I am thinking of and that I think DD and SS can do is 
that which is taught in such a way as to guard the knowledge so that 
unauthorized persons can not gain proficiency in this method.

So what I am saying is that IMO, Harry could not learn Occlumency 
well enough to fight LV without a teacher.
