Is there a rule that one cannot revise their prediction?  I was just now working on it--might be good to know.  I think you are alright with that guess, however, because the other teachers were introduced fairly late as well.  Although, didn't she say this book would not be so terribly long?

How do you know this?  I don't recall hearing her speak of a general negativity toward government.
