Snape has a SON???

OK, so I've been away for a few months now, truth be told, I'm kinda 
getting tired of hearing the same discussions over and over again. 
Anyway, I was just checking out the updates on JKR's website, and under 
the Rumors section I found this:

"Luna is Snape's daughter
This is a most tantalising idea, but no, Mr. Lovegood, the editor 
of 'the Quibbler', really is Luna's father and Snape does not have a 
daughter."

Maybe I'm reading a bit to much into this, but does it mean that Snape 
has a son? I mean, if he doesn't have any children, shouldn't Jo hace 
said "Snape does not have CHILDREN"? I'm beginning to wonder who this 
son may be...
