I suppose we could be making a bigger deal out of the name of this 
chapter than there should be.  I've looked this up too and this is 
what I found "Felix Happy, lucky, fortunate (felix, felicis)".  Do 
you think maybe the Wizard of the month was really an error?  Felix 
Summerbee was the inventor of the Cheering Charm. Maybe there really 
is going to be wedding. <crossing fingers and giggling>
